Computer Services
The Computer Services/Network Services department supports all aspects of computer related technology either in a primary or secondary role within the district/circuit courts community. Our primary focus is on infrastructure and network technologies as well as end user PC support.
Primary functions include
- Network file storage
- Desktops (hardware/software)
- Laptops (hardware/software)
- Applications
- Wireless Network
- Wired Network
- Maintain county server infrastructure (hardware/software)
- Coordinate IT support issues various IT vendors
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve county with functionality.

Servicing Craighead County Since 1999
- Erin serves as Director of Computer Services for Craighead County
- Has represented Craighead County at the Jonesboro Chambers Annual Washington DC fly In
- April of 2010 he was appointed I.T. Director of Craighead County
- Member of the Jonesboro Young Professionals Network
- Currently Sits on the board to enhance Courtroom and Courthouse Security
- Has worked with Craighead County Election Commission since 2005.
- Has worked with the Districts courts on Data and Network Security
- Heads the IBM AS400 disaster recovery team for Craighead County.
- Was accepted to represent Craighead County in Leadership Jonesboro Class of 2012.
